Who can file a complaint?

Any Cloud Customer that gets Cloud Services delivered by a provider that declared this service adherent to any of the SWIPO Codes of Conduct, has the right to submit a complaint to the SWIPO Complaints Secretariat if the Customer feels that its provider is not adhering to the Code under which the Cloud service is delivered.

To handle the complaints, the SWIPO AISBL has contracted with an external Secretariat and a Complaints Body that will collect, process and store incoming Complaints as a neutral body. This Secretariat acts without any ties to other existing Boards or governance bodies within the SWIPO Association.
